Tiền thân là Công ty TNHH Gốm Cao Cấp Hạ Long, thành lập ngày 07/12/2020, chúng tôi đã từng bước khẳng định vị thế trong lĩnh vực sản xuất vật liệu xây dựng từ đất sét và khai thác khoáng sản phục vụ xây dựng. Với định hướng phát triển bền vững và tầm nhìn dài hạn, ngày 22/01/2021, Công ty chính thức chuyển đổi mô hình hoạt động sang Công ty Cổ phần, đánh dấu bước ngoặt quan trọng trong hành trình phát triển.
Trải qua quá trình không ngừng đổi mới và nâng cao năng lực sản xuất, Công ty đã tạo nền tảng vững chắc để mở rộng quy mô, đầu tư trang thiết bị hiện đại và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm. Song song với hoạt động sản xuất, chúng tôi còn phát triển lĩnh vực bán buôn vật liệu, máy móc và thiết bị lắp đặt trong xây dựng, mang đến giải pháp toàn diện và hiệu quả cho khách hàng.

Sản xuất, thi công
Dây chuyền sản xuất tự động hoá, sử dụng robot Yaskawa Nhật Bản giúp tự động hóa các khâu tạo hình, sấy, nung và đóng gói, tăng độ chính xác, giảm nhân công.
Lò nung Tuynel hiện đại, kiểm soát tốt nhiệt độ, giảm tiêu hao nhiên liệu, nâng cấp chất lượng gạch.
Thiết bị tạo hình công suất lớn: máy ép gạch, máy đùn chân không…
Cơ sở sản xuất
Mỏ khai thác & nhà máy
Sở hữu mỏ đất sét chất lượng cao, cách khu vực nhà máy khoảng 1,7km.
Diện tích mỏ 93,5ha với trữ lượng sét gạch ngói 5.756.506 m3 và trữ lượng đất làm vật liệu san lấp đi kèm 2.153.876 m3 với thời hạn khai thác 30 năm, có thể gia hạn tối đa thêm 20 năm, khai thác bền vững, đảm bảo nguyên liệu đầu vào ổn định.
